Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, PRP, beard or eyebrow work, a second hair sitting, an Allurion balloon, a laparoscopic sleeve, ESG, balloon removal months later unless named, extra imaging not named, and a second operation sit outside this figure unless they are written on the paper. Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
